במענה למכתבו מיום 32/7, בו כותב אודות חוות דעת הרופא בהנוגע לזוגתו תחי' אשר כאילו אחד הצנור סתום.
ובודאי ביאר להם הרופא מומחה, אשר ישנם שני צנורות ובאם רק אחד סתום, אפשר עבור ולידה ע"י צנור השני, ועוד זאת אשר ישנם אופני טפול לפתוח צנור סתום אפילו בלא נתוח, שלכן כדאי שישאל עוד הפעם דעת רופא מומחה בהאמור (טפול שלא על ידי נתוח) ויהי רצון שיצליח בזה.
ומובן שעליהם להוסיף בהנהגה טובה בחיי היום יומים מתאים להוראת תורתנו תורת חיים ובפרט זהירות ודיוק בעניני חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה (נדה, הפסק טהרה, טבילה במקוה כשרה דוקא וכו').
ומהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו וכן את המזוזות בדירתם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין, וזוגתו תחי' תשמור על מנהגן הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות, להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב.
וכשיכתוב שמותיהם בלשון הקדש (בצירוף שם האם שלו ושל זוגתו תחי') יזכירום על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להנ"ל.

In response to your letter from 32/7, in which you write about the doctor's opinion regarding your wife that supposedly one of the tubes is blocked.
Certainly the specialist explained to you that there are two tubes and if only one is blocked, it is possible for conception and birth through the other tube. Furthermore, there are treatment methods to open a blocked tube even without surgery. Therefore, it is worthwhile to consult again with a specialist regarding this (treatment not involving surgery), and may it be G‑d's will that you succeed in this.
It is understood that you should increase in good conduct in daily life according to the teachings of our Torah of life—especially care and precision in matters of the laws of family purity (niddah, hefsek taharah, immersion specifically in a kosher mikveh, etc.).
It is also proper that you check your tefillin as well as the mezuzot in your home to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah. Your wife should continue the fine custom of Jewish women to give charity before lighting candles every Friday afternoon and before every festival.
When you write their names in Lashon HaKodesh (including both your mother's name and your wife's mother's name), they will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal for all the above.
