במענה למכתבו מי"ח תמוז, בו כותב הסברא לבקר בהמקום למנוחה אשר בסביבות אנטווערפען, וכן לשהות עוד באנטווערפען בשביל להמשיך ולגמור מלאכת בקורו מאז.
ונכון הדבר, וכבר מלתי אמורה, שלפעמים הכי קרובות, במקומות מנוחה (קור ארט) יש לפעול יותר מאשר במקום דירת האנשים, הן בהנוגע צו קלייבען גשמיות וכן בהנוגע צו זייען רוחניות, כי שם פנוים הם יותר ואדרבה שמחים לחדשות ופנים חדשות, וכמה ענינים בביתם ומסחרם, שאין מבלבלים במקום המנוחה.
ויהי רצון שבין המצרים אלו נזכה בעגלא דידן שיהפכו לששון ולשמחה ולקיום היעוד דנחלה בלי מצרים.

In response to your letter from the 18th of Tammuz, in which you write about the idea of visiting a vacation spot near Antwerp, as well as staying longer in Antwerp to continue and complete your work there since your last visit.
This is indeed appropriate, and I have already stated that very often, in vacation places (Kur Ort), one can accomplish more than in people's regular places of residence—both regarding their material connection and their spiritual growth. There, people are more available and even happy to receive news and meet new faces; many matters from their homes and businesses do not distract them in the vacation setting.
May it be G‑d's will that during these "Three Weeks" we merit speedily in our days that they be transformed into joy and gladness, fulfilling the prophecy of "an inheritance without boundaries."
