Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 25th of Sivan, in which you write that you have been offered positions of honor, and your reply was that you wish to continue studying our holy Torah. You answered that the other side also agrees to this. If it becomes clear that this is indeed the case (that they agree for you to continue your studies in yeshivah for a significant period—studying both Nigleh and Chassidus together), you should look into the offer. May Hashem, Who watches over each individual with Divine Providence, guide you truly for good.

Since you wrote above that the other side agrees to this, it is understood that first and foremost there must be a firm decision on your part—not only to continue studying diligently and persistently but even to increase in this. See Hilchos Talmud Torah by Rabbeinu HaZaken at the beginning of chapter 3: Even after marriage one can study two or three years without disturbance, etc. What was said above applies regarding those whose occupation is business and similar matters—and all the more so regarding one who has chosen the beautiful portion: making Torah his occupation and serving in holiness.

I strongly hope that in addition to diligent study in Nigleh and Chassidus, you also keep up with the three well-known daily lessons—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—as one does not exclude the other. As is understood from what is explained regarding how as things descend lower and lower from their source above, it becomes like dividing a tallit and its tzitzis (as explained in Chassidic discourses on Shabbos Parshas Naso), except that in such cases there is no holiness at all in the tallit itself as opposed to..., etc.

Blessings for good news in all the above.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that even when honored with offers or positions, one should prioritize continued Torah study with increased diligence. Commitment to learning remains vital even after marriage or new opportunities arise.
