ובשאלתו שאחד מבני הישיבה לוה אצלו ממון ועדיין לא פרע לו אף שכבר עבר הזמן שאמר, ושואל אם יתן המעות במתנה בכדי שלא להכשילו, או שאפשר יבוא עוד.
והרי יכול לעשות את האמור בתנאי, וכמה ענינים בתנאי כגון זה ונמצאים בסיפורי חז"ל.

Regarding your question that one of the yeshiva students borrowed money from you and has not yet repaid it even though the agreed time has passed, and you ask whether to give him the money as a gift so as not to cause him to stumble, or perhaps he will still repay. You can do what is mentioned on condition; there are several matters like this done conditionally as found in stories of our Sages.
As for what you wrote about the matter of trust (bitachon), study Chovot HaLevavot, Shaar HaBitachon.
In connection with the upcoming festival of Shavuot, enclosed is a summary for these days. You do not mention anything about your prayer schedule, and surely this is a sign that all is well.
