Shalom u'Vrachah!

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter and the pan for the day of the yahrzeit. May it be G‑d's will that since Divine Providence has merited you, granted you success, and placed you in a favorable position—to be among those who actively work (po'ala d'yoma, as our Sages say and as explained by Admor HaTzt"z) in the institutions of the one whose yahrzeit it is—certainly this further increases the arousal from Above through the one whose yahrzeit it is, and this will add greatly to G‑d's blessings in all your needs.

The blessing from the Holy One, blessed be He, contains two advantages: that of a blessing and that of prayer, as explained in the discourse beginning "Amar Ribbi Levi bar Lachma... Va'avarecha Mevarechecha" (at the start of Sefer HaMaamarim 5629).

With blessings for steadfastness in this sacred work as mentioned above, and following the directive of Rabbeinu HaZaken: steadfastness both in time—and more importantly—steadfastness within one's soul. Through this one also brings about steadfastness among those influenced and educated—and what is fixed is not nullified.

May it be G‑d's will that this too will be with great success, in a manner of "ufaratzta yamah vakeidmah vatzafonah vanegbah" (and you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward and southward), even to an inheritance without boundaries.
