Shalom u'Vrachah!

I was pleased to receive your letter in which you write about the above-mentioned assembly and the election of the temporary committee. Surely you immediately set about preparing a program of concrete activities, and most importantly — have already begun these activities. As explained in my letter to Tzeirei Aguch here, a copy of which is attached.

May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed — to act with energy and enthusiasm, which are qualities of youth, in strengthening and spreading Judaism in general, and especially in strengthening and spreading the teachings of Chassidus, its guidance and customs. It is understood that these words are not directed only at those young in years upon this earth, but at all who are youthful and enthusiastic with a living feeling — a feeling of a heart awake to Hakadosh Baruch Hu (the Holy One Blessed Be He), to mitzvos, and to redemption.

This ability has been given to every single Jew; for through contemplation — even for a short time — on our Sages' instruction that the words of Torah and the Creator's command should be new upon you as if you heard them today. In every matter there is an aspect of the Creator's command and His service, as taught by the verse: b'chol derachecha da'eihu ("In all your ways know Him"). As explained at length in Rambam Hilchos Deos and Tur/Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 231.

Thus everyone — especially those educated and following the Chabad approach of contemplating the inner meaning and purpose of every matter — should stand with a sense of renewed vitality and strength for action at every moment. As stated in Mishnah with which Rabbeinu HaZaken begins his Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim: yisgaber ka'ari ("Be strong like a lion"). And explained there more specifically in Mahadura Tinyana (based on Tur): hevei az kanamer v'kal kanesher ratz k'tzvi v'gibor ka'ari la'asot retzon avicha shebashamayim ("Be bold as a leopard, light as an eagle, run like a deer, and strong as a lion to do your Father's will in Heaven"), see there.

With blessings for success in your holy work within your immediate environment as well as those surroundings which are not yet close — work done with broad-mindedness, joy, and gladness of heart; for receiving the Torah — in the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe — with joy and inwardness.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that enthusiasm and renewal are essential for all who serve G‑d. By contemplating Torah's freshness each day, everyone can infuse their actions with vitality—bringing joy into both personal growth and communal Jewish life.
