און אזוי ווי דאמאלסט, בימים ההם, איז דורך דעם שטארקען בטחון און אמונה פון די אידען אין השם יתברך, איז ליהודים היתה אורה שמחה וששון ויקר, אזוי אויך אין אונזער צייט, בזמן הזה, דורך שטארקען זיך אין אמונה און בטחון בהשם יתברך, וועלכער איז דער באשעפער פון דער וועלט און פירט אן מיט דער וועלט, זאל מען אויפטאן בא זיך און ארום זיך אין אידישקייט תורה ומצות און דער אויבערשטער וועט געבן ליהודים אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר.

And just as then—in those days—through the strong trust and faith of the Jews in Hashem Yisborach (may He be blessed), "LaYehudim hayta orah vesimcha vesasson vikar" (for the Jews there was light and gladness and joy and honor), so too in our times—at this time—by strengthening ourselves in faith and trust in Hashem Yisborach, Who is the Creator of the world and directs it, we will bring about within ourselves and around us greater Jewishness—Torah and mitzvos—and Hashem will grant "LaYehudim orah vesimcha vesasson vikar" (for the Jews there will be light and gladness and joy and honor).
