און השם יתברך זאל העלפען אז נאך פילע יאהרען זאל יעדערע פון אייך, און דער סניף אלץ אזעלכער, טאן אין ענינים פון מצות, און אין א אלץ שטייגענדען אופן, און ווי אויך די אנווייזונג פון די טעג פון פורים, וואס דער נס איז געשעהן דורך א פרוי, אסתר המלכה.
און אזוי ווי דאמאלסט, בימים ההם, איז דורך דעם שטארקען בטחון און אמונה פון די אידען אין השם יתברך, איז ליהודים היתה אורה שמחה וששון ויקר, אזוי אויך אין אונזער צייט, בזמן הזה, דורך שטארקען זיך אין אמונה און בטחון בהשם יתברך, וועלכער איז דער באשעפער פון דער וועלט און פירט אן מיט דער וועלט, זאל מען אויפטאן בא זיך און ארום זיך אין אידישקייט תורה ומצות און דער אויבערשטער וועט געבן ליהודים אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר.

The Rebbe writes to acknowledge receipt of your contribution to the special collection held on Yud-Tes Kislev, the day of liberation of the Alter Rebbe, author of the Tanya and the Shulchan Aruch. A receipt is enclosed for this donation, which supports important communal projects, including the development of Shikun Chabad in Eretz Yisrael.
The Rebbe blesses that each of you, individually and collectively, should continue for many years to be active in matters of Torah and mitzvos, with ever-increasing strength and growth.
The Rebbe then connects this to the lessons of Purim. The miracle of Purim came about through the efforts of a woman, Queen Esther, whose courage and faith brought salvation to the Jewish people. Through the strong belief and trust of the Jewish people in Hashem, they merited the fulfillment of the verse: “LaYehudim haysa ora v’simcha v’sason vikar”—light, joy, gladness, and honor.
The Rebbe emphasizes that just as it was “in those days,” so it is “in our times.” In the present day as well, through strengthening emunah and bitachon in Hashem—the Creator and Leader of the world—one can bring about increased Yiddishkeit, Torah, and mitzvos within oneself and in one’s surroundings.
When this faith and trust are strengthened, Hashem grants abundant blessings, just as in the days of Purim, bringing light, joy, happiness, and honor.
The Rebbe concludes with blessings to all members of the organization and their families, that they should carry the joy of Purim throughout the entire year, living with continuous simcha and bringing blessing into their lives and the lives of others.

הרבי מאשר קבלת תרומתכן לאיסוף המיוחד של י״ט כסלו, יום הגאולה של אדמו״ר הזקן, בעל התניא והשולחן ערוך. מצורף קבלה עבור התרומה, המיועדת לתמיכה בפרויקטים חשובים, ובכללם הקמת שכונת חב״ד בארץ הקודש.
הרבי מברך שכל אחת מכן, כיחידה וכקבוצה, תמשיכו לפעול בענייני תורה ומצוות לאורך ימים ושנים טובות, מתוך הוספה והתרחבות תמידית.
הרבי מקשר זאת ללקחי חג הפורים. נס הפורים נעשה על ידי אישה – אסתר המלכה, אשר במסירותה ובאמונתה הביאה ישועה לעם ישראל. בזכות האמונה והביטחון בה׳ זכו ישראל לקיום הפסוק: “ליהודים הייתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר.”
הרבי מדגיש שכשם שהיה “בימים ההם,” כך גם “בזמן הזה.” גם כיום, על ידי חיזוק האמונה והביטחון בה׳ – בורא העולם ומנהיגו – ניתן לפעול חיזוק ביהדות, בתורה ובמצוות, הן בעצמנו והן בסביבתנו.
כאשר מתחזקים באמונה ובביטחון, הקב״ה מעניק שפע ברכות, בדומה לימי הפורים – אורה, שמחה, ששון ויקר.
הרבי מסיים בברכה לכל חברות הארגון ולבני משפחותיהן, שייקחו עמם את שמחת הפורים לכל ימות השנה, ויחיו מתוך שמחה תמידית, המביאה ברכה והצלחה להם ולסביבתם.
