In response to your letter from the 23rd of Kislev, it is surprising that you do not mention anything about the farbrengen of the bright day, Yud-Tes Kislev. As its title indicates, it is Rosh Hashanah (the New Year), and just as the head includes and draws life to all the limbs of the body, so too should the influence of this day be felt throughout all days of the year.

Regarding what you wrote about... shiy', who studies at Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim in..., that he wrote to him what he should study, etc., it is clearly a great wonder and puzzling. The learning of a student who enters a yeshiva must follow the guidance of the yeshiva administration and not from outside it. Surely you also remember how this was always conducted at Tomchei Tmimim over the years. Of course, this does not preclude presenting one's opinion to the yeshiva administration there, but such conduct as described is unacceptable.

Regarding what you wrote about... shiy', in such cases there are remedies ^[1] that not only alleviate but also increase the interval between occurrences each time, with ongoing and growing improvement. It is surprising because the doctor you mention in your letter is an expert in his field; perhaps his instructions are not being fully followed, which is why results are not yet apparent.
