ובמ"ש אודות המאורע במקום פלוני בהנוגע לשמירת שבת, כמדומה כבר כתבתי, ואפשר - להנהלת צעירי אגו"ח, שאף שהנסיעות למושבים וקבוצים שלע"ע אינם דתיים - מוכרחות הן, וכמו שראו הפירות והתוצאות הכי נעלות בדבר, מובן שדורשות זהירות מיוחדת. וכנראה במוחש גם במאורע הנ"ל. ולכן אין ליחיד להעמיד על השערת היחיד, כ"א להתייעץ עם עוד כאלו אשר ידיעה להם בכגון דא. והרי כמה מחברי צעירי אגו"ח יודעים בזה, ותשועה ברוב יועץ. וכן במ"ש מאשר מסר לו אביו שמרננים וכו' - מבלי להכנס בהדו"ד אם הרנון צודק הוא או לא, הרי נאמר לזות שפתים הרחק ממך. וכדאי להשתדל שלמקומות כהנ"ל יסעו נשואים. ואולי כדאי בכלל, שבכל נסיעה עכ"פ אחד יהי' מבוגר יותר, שזה מוסיף בחשיבות הענין.
כנ"ל, הפעולות שעשו עד עתה ושבטח יעשו בעתיד הרי נשגבות הן, ואין אתנו יודע לשער הטוב שיצמח בעתיד נוסף על מה שכבר רואים. אלא שככל עניני היראים לדבר ה' - צריך לדעת שמביטים עליהם בשבע עינים וכמה גם מחפשים תואנה וכו'. נוסף על מאמר רז"ל הידוע, שע"ה שנמצא רבב על בגדו מצד אחד אינו כלום, משא"כ ת"ח.
מובן שכל הנ"ל מופנה לכל חבריו ולכל המתעסקים שי' בתעמולה האמורה, ובטח יביא לידיעתם אודותם, וידונו יחד על כל הנ"ל.

Regarding what you wrote about the incident in a certain place concerning Shabbat observance, I believe I have already written about this—perhaps to the leadership of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad—that although trips to settlements and kibbutzim that are not yet observant are necessary (as we have seen the most elevated fruits and results from them), it is understood that they require special caution. This is also evident in the aforementioned incident. Therefore, an individual should not rely solely on his own judgment but should consult with others who have knowledge in such matters. Several members of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad are knowledgeable about this, and 'salvation comes with many counselors.'
Similarly, regarding what you wrote that your father told you there are rumors circulating—without entering into a discussion about whether these rumors are justified or not—it is said: 'Keep slanderous speech far from you.' It is worthwhile to ensure that those traveling to such places are married men. Perhaps it is generally advisable that on every trip at least one participant be older, as this adds importance to the matter.
As above, the activities carried out until now—and surely those that will be done in the future—are lofty, and none of us can estimate the good that will result in the future beyond what we already see. However, as with all matters involving those who fear G‑d's word—it must be known that people observe them very closely and some even seek pretexts against them. In addition to our Sages' well-known saying: 'If a common person has a stain on his garment it means nothing; not so for a Torah scholar.' It is understood that all of the above applies to all your colleagues and everyone involved in this outreach work; certainly you will inform them about these points and discuss everything together.
I await good news regarding all of the above.
