Since we have entered this period about which our Sages said, "Whoever increases is given more," and according to their interpretation of the verse "Maggid Devarav L'Yaakov" (He tells His words to Yaakov), that what He commands Israel He Himself fulfills—may it be G‑d's will that He increase His blessings for all that is needed for each one in abundance. As my father-in-law, the Rebbe, would say: "Then Jews will be shown what they can do and more will be added for them," an increase in Torah and mitzvos, about which it is said: "Ma'aseh Yadecha Tichsof" (You yearn for the work of Your hands).

P.S. It is certainly unnecessary to remind you about acquiring books, especially regarding the library you wrote about previously—for surely you are interested in this as much as possible... For some reason the shipment was delayed, and meanwhile your letter from the 28th of Menachem Av with its enclosure has been received. The letter from the 22nd of Tammuz was received in its time.

It is clear and obvious that discipline (of both students and teachers) is fundamental to maintaining a school suitable for its mission. The benefit of the many overrides individual benefit.

Regarding your question about translating the general letter into the local language—I meant Arabic (not French). This is certainly the women's language etc., especially now.
