ת"ח על ההערה על דבר ההוצאה לאור של הלכות ת"ת לרבהז"ק, אשר מכבר הי' בדעתי להוציאו לאור במיוחד, ובפרט עכשו כשעוררו עד"ז, וזכות הרבים תלוי בהמעוררים.
ויה"ר שמכאן ולהבא יהי' תוכן מכתביו רק בענינים דלהגדיל תורה ולהאדיר, תורת הנגלה ותורת הנסתר אשר חד הם, שהרי שמא מלתא הוא שנקראים הם חיצוניות ופנימיות, גופא ונשמתא.

Thank you for your comment regarding the publication of Hilchos Talmud Torah by the Rebbe Hazaken. It has long been my intention to publish it separately, especially now that you have brought it up; the merit of the public depends on those who inspire such things.
May it be G‑d's will that from now on the content of your letters will be only about matters that increase and strengthen Torah—both the revealed and hidden aspects of Torah—which are truly one. For it is well known that calling them "external" and "internal," "body" and "soul," is only a manner of speech.
