א) בשאלתם על דבר הפסק בהישיבה באופן שיוכלו התלמידים להיות בקייטנה.
הנה כיון שממילא עושים הפסק של עשרה יום ויהי' רק הוספה של ימים אחדים, כדאי לעשות כן, ובפרט שגם בקייטנה יש סדר לימודים.
ב) בשאלת שכר לימוד מאלו שיכולים לשלם ואינם רוצים.
מובן שיכולים לקחת האמצעים המתאימים לזה, אבל תקותי אשר אם יזהיר את המסרבים שיפרסמו שמותיהם גם זה בלבד יועיל.
ג) בהנוגע להגבהת שכר הלימוד.
זה תלוי בתנאי המקום ותנאי הארץ בכלל, ולכן יתייעצו בזה ביניהם ביחד עם ועד הרוחני של הכפר.

In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Parshat Mattos:
a) Regarding your question about instituting a break in the yeshiva so that students can attend camp: Since there is already a ten-day break and this would only add a few more days, it is worthwhile to do so—especially since there is also a study schedule at camp.
b) Regarding tuition from those who are able to pay but do not wish to: It is understood that you may take appropriate measures for this. However, I hope that if you warn those refusing that their names will be publicized, even this alone will be effective.
c) Concerning raising the tuition fee: This depends on the conditions of the place and of the country in general; therefore, consult among yourselves together with the village's spiritual committee.
