The matter is explicitly explained in several talks—the purpose of education in purity and holiness, especially in our times and in the land upon which Hashem's eyes are from the beginning of the year to its end. But as I have written several times, one must strive to achieve this goal in an orderly fashion and specifically according to the order of the world of Tikkun—lights appropriate to their vessels—as Rambam elaborates in his introduction to Perek Chelek: "Set your mind that a young child..." see there...
