לאחרי ההפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מל"ג בעומר, וגם בו לא נמצא הסיבה לשתיקתו עד עתה, ואין צועקין על העבר ויה"ר שיתוקן עכ"פ בהנוגע להבא.
נעם לי לקרות במכתבו אודות הפגישה עם מר... כדאית גם טרחה זו בשביל לעורר בו צור מחצבתו, וצריך הוא לנצל נקודה זו בכל תוקף, במיוחד אשר כיון שמוצאו ממשפחה שקדשו את כל חייהם לתורת החסידות ועניני', בודאי אשר הנשמות תובעות מאת כל אחד מיו"ח לעשות בכיוון זה דוקא ככל הדרוש דוקא וחובתם בזה קודמת לכו"כ מעניניהם בהם משתדלים, כיון שזהו בגדר שאי אפשר לעשותה ע"י אחרים, זאת אומרת אשר נצר ממשפחה אשר כמה דורות שלה עסקו בחסידות יש לו כשרון מיוחד להבנת תורה זו ויכולת מיוחדה להבינה גם לאחרים, ופשוט שהשפעת תורה זו צריכה להיות ניכרת גם בחייו הפרטים של נצר המשפחה, כי אם על כל חלקי תוה"ק נאמר גדול תלמוד שמביא לידי מעשה והלומד ע"מ שלא לעשות וכו' עאכו"כ בהנוגע לתורת החסידות שהדגיש בה הבעש"ט עזב תעזב עמו עם הגוף ועניניו.
בשאלתו מה ללמוד עם הנ"ל - מובן שתלוי זה במדת ידיעתו בהנ"ל ותכונת נפשו, וגם על כגון דא נאמר שצ"ל הלימוד במקום שלבו חפץ, וכדאי הי' להראות לו את החוברת סאמע אספעקטס, שגם בה מודגש הכרח של המעשה אפילו בהנוגע להבנת הענינים השכלים.

און דאס וואס איר שרייבט אז איר זייט סענסיטיוו, איז אין דעם גאר ניטא וואס צו איבערטראכטען, דאס איז א נארמאלע זאך און אזוי דארף דאס זיין, וכמה שכתוב עשה האלקים את האדם ישר והמה בקשו וגו' און השם יתברך זאל העלפען שהלידה תהי' באופן קל ובשעה טובה ומוצלחת ולד שלם ובריא ולגדלו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים.

After the longest break, your letter from Lag BaOmer was received. Even there, the reason for your silence until now was not found. We do not cry over the past; may it at least be corrected regarding the future.
I was pleased to read in your letter about the meeting with Mr... Even such effort is worthwhile to awaken in him his Chassidic roots. He must utilize this point with all strength, especially since he comes from a family that dedicated their lives to Chassidus and its matters. Surely the souls demand from each descendant to act specifically in this direction as required, and their obligation in this precedes many other matters they pursue, since this cannot be done by others. That is to say, a descendant of a family whose generations were involved in Chassidus has a special talent for understanding this Torah and a unique ability to explain it to others. It is obvious that the influence of this Torah should also be evident in the personal life of the family descendant. If it is said about all parts of Torah that 'great is study for it leads to action,' and one who learns not for action etc., how much more so regarding Toras HaChassidus about which the Baal Shem Tov emphasized: 'Azov ta'azov imo' (you shall surely help him) — with the body and its matters.
Regarding your question of what to learn with him — obviously this depends on his knowledge and character. Also here it is said that one should learn where his heart desires. It would be worthwhile to show him the booklet "Some Aspects," which also emphasizes the necessity of action even regarding intellectual matters.
Regarding the doctor's examination: In general, this whole matter of examination is no longer necessary for extra assurance; therefore one should avoid an internal examination as much as possible. It seems clear that aside from adding to the doctor's knowledge, there is no other benefit in this; therefore, without offending the doctor's feelings, one should avoid it. Hopefully, seeing dissatisfaction and knowing himself how unnecessary it is practically, the doctor will not insist on it.
Regarding nursing your child yourself: This is very much a proper thing; especially in recent years even American doctors have begun speaking and writing about how beneficial it is both for mother and child.
As for your writing that you are sensitive — there is nothing here to overthink; it is normal and should be so. As written: 'G‑d made man upright but they sought many schemes.' May Hashem help that the birth will be easy and at an auspicious time — a complete and healthy child who will grow up for Torah, marriage, and good deeds.
