עס האט יר אויך געפרייט צו באקומען די ידיעה, אז איר האט לעצטנס איינגעארדנט א טעסטימאניעל דינער לכבוד אייער ווירדיגען גייסטיגען פירער, הרה"ג והרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ ורב פעלים מוה"ר צבי' שי' שוסטערמאן, וואס דאס גיט מיר די האפנונג, אז ניט נאר וויסט איר ווי אפצושאצן אייער ווירדיגען רב און גייסטיגען פירער, נאר אז דאס דריקט זיך אויך אויס אין מעשים בפועל צו פארשטארקען דעם גייסטיגען לעבן, אין שול, אין דער תלמוד-תורה, אין דער היים און אין דער גאנצער סביבה, על פי תורה תורת חיים ומצוותי', ווי זיי זיינען באלויכטן און באלעבט דורך דער ליכטיקייט און ווארימקייט פון תורת חסידות חב"ד.
שטייענדיק ערב דעם גרויסן און ליכטיגען יום-טוב פון חג המצות זמן חירותנו, האף איך אז דער יום-טוב וועט אייך אלעמען דערמוטיגען צו פארשטארקען אייער ארבעט אויפצוהאלטן און אויסצושפרייטן די הייליגע טראדיציעס פון אייערע עלטערן, וועלכע זיינען געווען חסידים ואנשי מעשה, און דער זכות וועט אייך זיכער ביישטיין צו געניסן פון די ג-טלעכע ברכות אין אלע אייערע באדערפנישן, קערפערלעך און גייסטיק, און אמת'ע באפרייאונג, וואס דאס איז די באפרייאונג פון אלע זאכן וועלכע שטערן עבודת השם בשמחה.

From time to time I receive reports about the matters of your synagogue and Talmud Torah, which bear the meaningful name "Agudas Chabad," as well as about the dedication of the women's organization. It also pleased me to receive the news that you recently arranged a testimonial dinner in honor of your worthy spiritual leader, Haraha"g vavaha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n one who is involved with tzt"z, energetic and very active, Moreinu HaRav Tzvi Shusterman. This gives me hope that not only do you know how to appreciate your worthy rabbi and spiritual leader, but that this is also expressed in actual deeds to strengthen spiritual life in the synagogue, in the Talmud Torah, at home and throughout your entire environment—according to Torah, Toras Chaim and its mitzvos—as they are illuminated and enlivened by the light and warmth of Toras Chassidus Chabad.
Standing on the eve of the great and luminous festival of Chag HaMatzos, Zman Cheiruseinu (the Season of Our Freedom), I hope that this Yom Tov will encourage all of you to strengthen your efforts to maintain and spread the holy traditions of your ancestors—who were chassidim and men of action—and that this merit will surely stand by you to enjoy G‑d's blessings in all your needs, both material and spiritual, and true liberation—which is liberation from anything that hinders serving Hashem with joy.
