נעם לי ביחוד לקרות ע"ד הביקורים בישובים השונים ובודאי גם בזה יוסיפו, ויה"ר שההצלחה תראה גם לעיני בשר, שהרי נחוץ זה בשביל להוסיף בתוספת הכחות וההשתדלות בפעולות האמורות...

Surely you are preparing for the campaign of distributing shmurah matzah, and not as in previous years but with an increase, since the number of those who recognize you has grown and there has also been an increase in the awakening of the heart of Israel which, even in exile when it is dormant, nevertheless the heart is awake to the Holy One Blessed be He and to redemption. And redemption primarily means deliverance from the evil inclination.
I was especially pleased to read about the visits to various settlements, and surely you will also increase in this as well. May it be G‑d's will that success will be seen even with physical eyes, for this is necessary in order to add extra strength and effort in these aforementioned activities...
