מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מי"א שבט (והקודמו) וממהר הנני לענות עליו שלא בתור אפילו של מכתבים התכופים מפני ענין הזריקות לחיסון, אף שלפלא שאלתו בזה שהרי כמה מאה"ק כבר שאלוני ועניתי להם בחיוב כיון שכאן עושים זה רובם ככולם ובהצלחה, ומובן שבאם ישנם זריקות מתוצרת בתי סממני רפואה שונים צריך להשתמש בזו הבדוקה ומנוסה.

ומענין לענין באותו ענין, במ"ש אודות היחסים שבין... שגם זה הסתעפות משלילת הציווי ר"ל של ואהבת לרעך כמוך, ואין עדיין ביטוי חריף זה מספיק לחשיבות הענין ולהתוצאות שלו, וע"פ מה שכבר כתבתי כ"פ הבטחת הכתוב כמים הפנים לפנים כן לב האדם לאדם אין הכתוב מחלק מי לראשונה משנה לבו, וכל הקודם זכה בכלל גדול בתורה כמאמר רבי עקיבא הידוע בזה, ובהעשות מרכבה לשני הואהבת שחד הוא ע"פ פתגם רבנו הזקן האמור, וכידוע שבעשות מצוה נעשה האדם מרכבה למצוה זו, וכמבואר בכ"מ ומהם בספר התניא, ואין להאריך בדבר הכי פשוט...

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 11th of Shevat (and the previous one), and I hasten to answer you even out of turn due to the matter of vaccination injections. It is surprising that you ask about this, as many from Eretz Yisrael have already asked me and I have answered them affirmatively since here almost everyone does it successfully. Of course, if there are vaccines produced by different pharmaceutical companies, one should use the one that is tested and proven.
Thank you for the good news about the improvement in the health of the vavac"h iy"a mo"h... It is surprising that he himself did not inform me about this; after all, this is one way to fulfill the mitzvah of "Ve'ahavta l'rei'acha kamocha" (love your fellow as yourself) by bringing joy to a Jewish heart with good news—especially when he previously reported about the situation before treatment. It appears that the saying of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe—that "Ve'ahavta l'rei'acha kamocha" is both a vessel for and united with "Ve'ahavta et Hashem Elokecha"—has not yet penetrated all circles.
On a related note regarding what you wrote about relationships between... this too stems from neglecting the commandment—G‑d forbid—of "Ve'ahavta l'rei'acha kamocha." Even such strong language does not suffice for the importance and consequences of this matter. As I have already written many times: The verse promises "KaMayim HaPanim LaPanim Ken Lev HaAdam LaAdam" (As water reflects a face to a face, so does the heart of man to man), and Scripture does not distinguish who first changes his heart; whoever acts first merits inclusion in this great principle in Torah—as is well known from Rabbi Akiva's statement on this. When one becomes a chariot for both aspects of love (for one's fellow and for Hashem), as explained by our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe, it is known that by performing a mitzvah a person becomes a chariot for that mitzvah—as explained in many places including Sefer HaTanya. There is no need to elaborate on such an obvious matter.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that vaccination is important when proven effective and encourages sharing good news as an act of Ahavas Yisrael. Building positive relationships and performing mitzvos make us vessels for G‑dliness in this world.
