After a long and significant interruption, your letter from the 19th of Teves has arrived, and I was pleased to read in it that everything in camp is in order. I hope that in due time it will be ensured that there will be ongoing connection with them even after leaving the camp, in an appropriate manner. Through this, vitality in Judaism, Torah, and mitzvos will be instilled in them. I also hope that at least some of them will remain to study in the Chabad institutions within their camp due to the influence of their time spent there.
Awaiting good news regarding all the above.
