בנועם קבלתי מכתבם מה-17 בדצמבר עם הבשורה טובה ומשמחת על דבר גמר הבנין של המקוה הטהורה ומהודרה, ואשר הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א בעל מרץ מטובי תלמידינו הרב עזריאל שי' חייקין הי' הרוח החי' במפעל הרם הזה. גם זכו לברך על המוגמר בחנוכת בנין המקוה בשמיני לחודש טבת.
ויהי רצון מקדם שמייא שעם חנוכת הבנין תבוא התחלה טובה לחנוכה פנימית ועקרית, הוא חינוך נשי ובנות ישראל בשמירת דיני טהרת המשפחה בהידור והפצתם בכל בית יהודי במחנם הט' אין יוצאת מהכלל.
וידוע מאמר חכמינו ז"ל: "טהרה מביאה לידי... קדושה... לידי חסידות... לידי רוח הקדש", ויתקיים בהם ובכל בית ישראל מקרא שכתוב "וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים וטהרתם... ואת רוחי אתן בקרבכם... והייתם לי לעם ואנכי אהי' לכם לאלקים", בביאת גואל צדק במהרה בימינו.

With pleasure I received your letter from December 17th with the good and joyful news regarding the completion of the construction of the pure and beautiful mikveh, and that Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a, a man of energy from among our finest students, Rabbi Azriel Haikin, was the living spirit behind this lofty endeavor.
You also merited to recite the blessing on its completion at the dedication ceremony for the mikveh building on the eighth of Teves.
May it be G‑d’s will from above that with the dedication of the building there will also come a good beginning for an inner and essential dedication—namely, educating Jewish women and girls in observing the laws of family purity with beauty and spreading them in every Jewish home in your precious community without exception.
It is well known what our Sages said: "Purity leads to... holiness... leads to piety... leads to Divine inspiration," and may it be fulfilled for you and for every Jewish home as it is written: "VeZarakti Aleichem Mayim Tehorim U'Tehartem... Ve'et Ruchi Eten Bekirbechem... VeHeyitem Li LeAm VaAnochi Eheyeh Lachem LeElokim" ("And I will sprinkle pure water upon you and you shall be purified... And I will put My spirit within you... And you shall be My people and I will be your G‑d") with the coming of the righteous redeemer speedily in our days.
