בשאלתו בסוגיא שלומד, נמסרה למחלקה העונה על שאלות כאלו.

Regarding what you wrote about the question of shaving the beard: see the responsa of Admor HaTzemach Tzedek, Yoreh De'ah section 93 at length on this topic, as well as in the responsa referenced in Darkei Teshuvah to Yoreh De'ah section 181, subsection 16 and onward. The greatness of this matter is further explained in Tzemach Tzedek's commentary on the verse VeHu Rachum Yechaper Avon ("And He, being merciful, forgives iniquity"), printed in Tehillim Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Hashalem page 664.
Your question regarding the sugya you are studying has been forwarded to the department that answers such questions.
