ע"י הרה"ח אי"א נו"נ מו"ה אלי' עקיבא שי' ליפסקר, קבלתי ידיעה פ"נ אודות מצב בריאותו, ובעת רצון אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע שיוטב עוד יותר עד שיחזור לאיתנו.
וזכות התעסקותו בסביבתו בעניני יראת שמים ובפרט כפי שכותב לי הרב ליפסקר שי' בענין בית הכנסת שתהי' מחיצה כשרה, תעמוד לו לבריאות ולהמצטרך בכלל, ובפרט שענין המחיצה בבית הכנסת דבר גדול הוא במאד, וידוע מאמר רבותינו זכרונם לברכה שאינו דומה המורד במלך, והמורד נמצא בשדה למורד במלך בפלטרין של מלך עצמו בבית המלך, והרי בית הכנסת עליו נאמר בכל המקום אשר אזכיר את שמי אבוא אליך וברכתיך, ואפילו במלך בשר ודם עושים איזה הכנה קודם ביאתו למקום, ועל אחת כמה וכמה שאין עושים דבר במיוחד היפך רצונו וציוויו, שמזה מובן עד כמה מגוחך מצער וגם מבהיל, אלו המכניסים בבתי כנסיות מנהגים היפך רצונו של מלך מלכי המלכים הקדוש ברוך הוא, ואחר כך מעיזים לבוא לשם ולומר, שבאים בכדי לבקשו למלאות משאלותם ובקשתם בענינים שלהם, ומגודל הקלקלה מובנת גם כן זכות כל אלה המתעסקים בתיקון הדבר להתברך בהמצטרך להם מבורא עולם ומנהיגו.

Through Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n Mo"h Eliyahu Akiva Lipsker, I received information and a pidyon nefesh regarding your health situation, and at an auspicious time I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal, that your condition should improve even more until you return to full strength.
The merit of your involvement in your surroundings with matters of fear of Heaven—and especially as Rabbi Lipsker writes to me regarding the synagogue and ensuring there is a kosher partition—will stand for you for health and all your needs in general. Especially since the matter of a partition in the synagogue is extremely important. It is known from our Sages that there is no comparison between one who rebels against a king while out in the field and one who rebels against a king in his own palace—in the king's own house. Regarding the synagogue it is said: 'Bechol HaMakom Asher Azkir Et Shemi Avo Eilecha Uverachticha' (In every place where I cause My name to be mentioned I will come to you and bless you). Even for a flesh-and-blood king some preparation is made before he enters a place; how much more so should we not do something specifically against His will and command. From this it is understood how absurd, distressing, and even frightening it is when people introduce customs into synagogues that are contrary to the will of the King of kings, Hakadosh Baruch Hu—and then dare to come there and say they have come to request that He fulfill their wishes and requests concerning their affairs. From the magnitude of this corruption it is also understood how great is the merit of all those who work to correct this matter—to be blessed with what they need from the Creator and Ruler of the world.
