After the interruption, I was pleased to receive your letter from Monday, bringing good news about the farbrengen where those who fear Hashem spoke with one another. Certainly, these spoken words in person will have an effect on the days that follow, especially based on what we have heard many times from our holy Rebbeim and leaders: that Yud-Tes Kislev is the Rosh Hashanah for the teachings and ways of Chassidus. It is explained that "Rosh" (head) is used rather than "beginning," just as the head contains within it the vitality of all limbs and channels life to each limb in its place. So too regarding Rosh Hashanah and the days of the year that follow it.

May it be G‑d's will that soon you will share good news regarding both communal matters and your personal affairs, with health and expanded mind.

Enclosed is something recently published; surely you will merit to include many in its content, for the merit of the public depends on you.
