Shalom u'Vrachah!
I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from before Rosh Chodesh Kislev, in which you write about your visit to the Ma'oz Aviv neighborhood and that you did not find several people at home at that time. Since most have surely returned by now, it is appropriate that you visit them again and explain to them something related to 'in those days at this time,' as explained in the prayer of Al HaNissim with added light and vitality according to the principles and foundations of Chabad Chassidus. May Hashem be with your words so that they will be accepted and have an effect in practical action and daily life, for this is the essence of man in his battle with kelipot and sitra achra through his struggle with his body and animal soul (in the manner of 'azov ta'azov imo'—you shall surely help him—as explained by the Baal Shem Tov), by which one conquers his portion in the world and ultimately also the entire world, as explained in Tanya in many places, among them chapters 36–37. This is also alluded to in the well-known teaching in Nigleh Torah: 'A person must say: For my sake was the world created' (which is obviously true according to the commandment 'distance yourself from a false matter'), and a person should always see himself as balanced together with the entire world.
Certainly, you will utilize the upcoming days of Yud Tes Kislev and Chanukah to spread the wellsprings—the teachings, guidance, and customs—of Chassidus wherever possible. This is identical to what was mentioned above, since spreading these wellsprings is what brings about the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu, when the fulfillment of what is mentioned in Tanya chapters 36–37 will begin. The connection between spreading these wellsprings and Moshiach's arrival is not mystical but stems from their intrinsic relationship, as also explained in Simchas Torah 5690 (1929) sichah and elsewhere.
May Hashem grant you success to share good news regarding all of this specifically, with health, peace of mind, and broadness of spirit.
With blessing for good news.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spreading Chassidus transforms both individuals and the world. By sharing its teachings—especially during auspicious times—we actively prepare for redemption and fulfill our mission through practical action inspired by inner spiritual work.
