במענה על מכתבו, בו כותב ומודיע ע"ד שנתקבל למנהלה הרוחני של מכינה תורת אמת, ויה"ר שיהי' בהצלחה מופלגה וחפץ ה' בידו יצליח לחנך הנ"ל באופן שיגדלו להיות לשם לתהלה ולתפארת (עיין לקו"ת דברים נו, ב) ותגדל המכינה הן בכמות והן באיכות.
וע"פ המבואר גם בנגלה דתורה החילוק בין טופח לחוד לטופח ע"מ להטפיח, מובן שצריכה הוספה מיוחד בעניניו שלו בשביל שתהי' ההטפחה כפי הדרוש, וכיון שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, הרי בודאי שנותנים הכחות על זה, ולפום גמלא שיחנא.
בברכה להצלחה מופלגה בהנ"ל ולבשו"ט.

נעם לי לקרות במכתבו ע"ד פעולותיו במסגרת צעירי אגודת חב"ד, ובודאי גם בזה ממשיך ובתוספת, כציווי רז"ל מעלין בקדש, ויעורר וישפיע על שאר העובדים בהנ"ל והצריכים לעבוד בעבודה זו שגם הם יוסיפו בהנ"ל כדרישת והכרח השעה, וידוע פסק דין בית של מעלה, אשר בגלל המס"נ (של אדמו"ר הזקן) על תורת החסידות, פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה.

In response to your letter, in which you write and inform me that you have been accepted as the spiritual director of the Toras Emes preparatory school: May it be His will that you have outstanding success and that the desire of Hashem in your hands will succeed—to educate those mentioned above so they grow to be for a name, for praise, and for glory (see Likkutei Torah Devarim 56b), and that the preparatory school should grow both quantitatively and qualitatively.
And as is also explained in Nigleh of Torah regarding the difference between 'one who wets only himself' versus 'one who wets in order to wet others,' it is understood that there must be a special increase in your own matters so that your influence on others will be as required. And since the Holy One Blessed Be He does not make unreasonable demands upon His creations, surely you are given the strength for this; "according to the camel is its load."

P.S. As per your request, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nbg"m zy"a.
I was pleased to read in your letter about your activities within Tzeirei Agudas Chabad. Surely you continue this work with added strength as our Sages instruct: "One ascends in holiness." You should inspire and influence other workers in these areas—those who need to engage in this work—so that they too increase their efforts as required by current needs. It is well known—the ruling from Above—that because of the self-sacrifice (of Admor HaZaken) for Chassidus, it was decreed Above that in every matter of Torah, awe of Heaven, and good character traits, those connected to him and following his path will prevail.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true success in chinuch and outreach comes from personal growth combined with inspiring others. When one dedicates themselves selflessly to spreading Chassidus and goodness, Hashem grants them special strength and ensures their efforts bear fruit.
