הנה מוכשרים ומסוגלים הימים דחודש כסלו, הוא חודש הנסים וימי חנוכה וגמר-מלאכת המשכן ויסודו דבית המקדש השני, להמשיך ולהשפיע מהענינים שנתרחשו בימים ההם בזמן הזה.
וכידוע פירוש האריז"ל עה"פ הימים האלה נזכרים ונעשים, אשר בכל שנה ושנה לתקופת הימים האלו כשנזכרים - אזי גם - ונעשים ונמשכים הענינים כאשר בפעם הראשונה.
ויהי רצון אשר באסיפת כו"כ מבני ישראל דאכל בי' עשרה שכינתא שריא ובסעודתא דדוד מלך ישראל חי וקיים, יתעוררו בהוספה בעניני תורתנו תורת חיים ומצותי', ותומשך ההתעוררות על הימים הבאים לקראתנו לשלום.

In response to your message regarding organizing a Melave Malka, the meal of David Malka Meshicha, on the upcoming Motzaei Shabbat: The days of the month of Kislev are especially fitting and auspicious for this, as it is the month of miracles, the days of Chanukah, and the completion of the Mishkan's construction and foundation of the Second Beit HaMikdash. These days enable us to draw down and influence matters that occurred then into our present time.
As is known from the Arizal's explanation on the verse "HaYamim HaEileh Nizkarim V'Naasim" ("These days are remembered and performed"), every year at this season when these days are recalled—they are also enacted anew and their influences are drawn down just as they were at first.
May it be G‑d's will that through gathering many Jews together—for "where ten eat together, the Shechinah rests," and at a meal in honor of David Melech Yisrael chai v'kayam—there will be an awakening to increase in matters of our Torah, Torat Chaim, and its mitzvot. May this inspiration continue into the coming days for peace.
