The Rabbi and Gaon, veteran Chassid, G‑d-fearing man, distinguished and honored, occupied with communal needs, our teacher Rabbi Avraham Tzvi HaKohen, may he live
Shalom u'Vrachah!
After the interval — whose cause had already worried me — your letter was received, in which you write about how the classes in Chassidus are conducted. I am strongly confident that you will not be satisfied with what has been achieved so far, but will endeavor to widen the class in quantity and in quality — of course in ways of peace and pleasantness, but in a manner befitting the greatness of the matter, as explained in several talks and letters in the words of our Rebbeim, our leaders. And since tzaddikim resemble their Creator, and they demand of us to act in this, then, just as "the Holy One, blessed be He, does not come with unfair demands"[1] and asks only according to their strength, surely so it is in this matter too; that is to say, we have been given the powers to fulfill this demand completely. And since the days of the month of Kislev, the month of redemption, are fast approaching, surely you will take counsel in good time on how to use them most effectively in spreading the wellsprings,[2] in the place where you have merited to be the emissary for this. And may G‑d, blessed be He, grant you success.
Awaiting good news in all the above, and with regards to all the participants, may they live, in this most elevated class.

Notes
[1] "Does not come with unfair demands" (אין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא): Avodah Zarah 3a: "The Holy One, blessed be He, does not come with unfair demands upon His creatures."
[2] Spreading the wellsprings (הפצת המעינות): after Mishlei 5:16, "Let your wellsprings spread outward," and the Baal Shem Tov's letter: when your wellsprings spread outward, Mashiach will come.
Summary
This letter urges the recipient not to rest on the Chassidus classes achieved so far but to widen them in quantity and quality, pleasantly yet as befits the matter: what the Rebbeim ask, like G‑d's demands, comes with the strength to fulfill it. Kislev, the month of redemption, should be used to spread the wellsprings.
