במענה על מכתבו מכ"ה מנ"א, בו כותב הפעולות והרושמים מביקורם של האברכים השלוחים הרבנים שליט"א, ותנוח דעתו כאשר הניח את דעתי, כי תוכן כתבו מחזק תקותי אשר אנ"ש שבאה"ק ת"ו יעשו ככל התלוי בהם לנצל את הביקור הפעולות והרושמים לנקודה העיקרית הפצת המעינות חוצה ובאופן המצוה עלינו בתורה ע"מ שיבוא בפועל בחיי היום יומים במחשבה דבור ומעשה, ובפרט שנמצאים אנו בימי ההתעוררות חדש הרחמים שהמלך נמצא בשדה ומקבל את כ"א שרוצה לקבל את פניו בספ"י, ככתוב בלקו"ת פ' ראה לב, ב עיי"ש, ויה"ר שיבשר טוב גם בזה.

In response to your letter from the 25th of Menachem Av, in which you write about the activities and impressions from the visit of the Avrechim shluchim rabbis shlit"a, may your mind be at ease as you have put my mind at ease. The content of your letter strengthens my hope that Anash in Eretz HaKodesh will do everything within their power to utilize the visit, activities, and impressions for the main point: spreading the wellsprings outward, as we are commanded in Torah, so that it will be realized practically in daily life—in thought, speech, and action. This is especially relevant now during these days of awakening in the month of mercy when "the king is in the field and receives everyone who wishes to greet him with a pleasant countenance," as written in Likkutei Torah Parshas Re'eh 32b—see there. May it be His will that you share good news about this as well.
