It pleased me to read the main points about the activities of the Avrechim shluchim, the rabbis, may they live and be well, in Eretz HaKodesh, may it be rebuilt and established. Certainly, you will continue to contribute in these matters in which you are involved, and encourage those who participated in other activities—about which you only write brief summaries based on hearsay—to do likewise.

The general point in all this is that after all the elevations—the visit of those mentioned above is like plowing and to some extent also sowing. Now comes the main work—which rests upon Anash in general and especially upon Tzeirei Agudas Chabad—to perform all the other tasks enumerated by the Tanna in the order of bread-making until it becomes—in chassidic language—a thing fit for a supreme person upon the throne, fit for a king's table, namely Melech Malchei HaMelachim Hakadosh Baruch Hu (the King of kings, the Holy One blessed be He), and the analogy is clear.

It is appropriate that immediately, while the impression is still warm and alive, they should consult among themselves how to utilize the visit and activities of those mentioned above in the most effective way, and may Hashem grant them success.

Although I am writing similarly to the administration of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad, experience has shown that sometimes this is received like a pot belonging to partners. Since you have succeeded until now in such matters to set things in motion, may it be G‑d's will that you succeed again now—in addition to your own activities.
