בתכנית שליחותם של השלוחים הנ"ל הוקבע כינוס של תלמידינו ותלמידי הישיבות באה"ק ת"ו ליום ראשון כ"ח מנ"א הבע"ל, ובזה הננו לעורר ולבקש את כל מוסדות חב"ד בכל אתר ואתר לשלוח מכתב או מברק ברכה לכינוס הנ"ל, שעי"ז יביעו השתתפות אישית בכינוס ויוסיפו הרבה לעצם הכינוס ולכל ענין השליחות הנ"ל.

Here is transcribed the text of the telegram from the Lubavitcher Rebbe shlita that he sent to the gathering:
My blessing to the gathering for success in revealing the strengths of the charedi youth in general and yeshiva students in particular — to increase pure Torah and awe of Heaven and to enhance and spread My wellsprings; and to work with the necessary vigor to uplift the pride of Yisrael Saba by instilling Judaism in all circles of Bnei Yisrael, primarily by conquering all youth for a living Torah and its mitzvos. Immediate teshuvah, Torah and mitzvos; immediate redemption from physical and spiritual exile to true freedom. Menachem Schneersohn

Secretary for the gathering: Held in connection with the visit of emissaries to Eretz HaKodesh, which was discussed above in letter D'takmu, as referenced there in the notes. In preparation for this gathering a letter was sent from the secretariat to Anash and Chabad institutions stating among other things: As part of these emissaries' mission a gathering was set for our students and yeshiva students in Eretz HaKodesh on Sunday, 28 Menachem Av upcoming; hereby we urge all Chabad institutions everywhere to send a letter or telegram of greeting to this gathering — thereby expressing personal participation in it and greatly adding to both the event itself and every aspect of this mission.
