במענה על מכתבו מיום הרביעי, יישר כחו אשר כפי כתבו תיכף לקבלת מכתבי עשה אסיפה דחופה, אף שלע"ע לא קבלתי עדיין הפ"כ, אבל העיקר הוא שיבוא הדבר לפו"מ ויפה שעה אחת קודם וכמבואר בכ"מ, בהנוגע לבית טבילה, גודל ענין הטהרה, ובהנוגע לבית תפלה גודל ענין התפלה, ומובן שיש שייכות בין שני הענינים, ובפרט ע"פ המבואר בלקו"ת דאף שבטלה לטבילה בהנוגע לתורה וכו', ומועתק לקמן מ"ש לא' בזה איזה שורות...
מז"ט בעד גמר העירוב בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, ויהי רצון שע"י פעולה זו הנוספת בעניני שמירת שבת יתקרב עוד יותר זמן גאולתנו בפועל, וכנודע מאמר רז"ל אלמלי שמרו ישראל שבת אחד מיד הן נגאלין.

In response to your letter from Wednesday: Thank you for immediately convening an urgent meeting upon receiving my letter. Although I have not yet received the report, the main thing is that the matter should be brought into actual practice—and the sooner the better, as is explained in many places regarding the mikvah (the great importance of purity) and regarding the shul (the great importance of prayer). It is understood that there is a connection between these two matters, especially as explained in Likkutei Torah that even though immersion is nullified regarding Torah study, etc., I am copying below several lines I wrote to someone else about this subject...
Mazal tov on completing the eruv at an auspicious and successful time. May it be G‑d's will that through this additional action in matters of Shabbos observance, we draw even closer to the time of our actual redemption—as is known from our Sages' saying: If Israel were to keep just one Shabbos properly, they would be immediately redeemed.
