במענה על מכתבו, בו כותב אודות ביקורי השלוחים שליט"א במחנם הט' ובגעטסהייד, ויה"ר שהרושם הטוב ודברי ההתעוררות יביאו לפעולות ממשיות מתאים להנקודה התיכונה שמוכרח להפיץ המעינות עד שיגיעו גם חוצה, וענין מעין ברוחניות מובן שמתאים לענין מעין בגשמיות שדין מעין עליו כשהמים מקושרים להמקור ולדעת הרמב"ם מוכרח ג"כ שילכו מחוץ למקום מציאות המעין, ובאם לא יוצאים חוצה בטל זה מדין מעין, והנמשל מובן, וכיון שדוקא מדורנו נדרשת עבודה זו בודאי מוכשר הדור לקבלו, ואלו היודעים מדרישה זו הרי ניתנה להם היכולת למלאות תפקיד זה, והשי"ת יצליחו ואת זוגתו שיחיו לעשות כ"א מהם בהאמור מתאים לענינו ונוסף על ששכר מצוה מצוה יתברכו ג"כ ברוב נחת חסידותי מכל יו"ח שי' מתוך בריאות והרחבת הדעת.
במש"כ שמפרק ל"ה בתניא מתחילים ענינים עמוקים יותר ולכן כו' - צריך הי' להשתדל שילמדו עד לאחרי פל"ז שתוכנו ענין כללי ביותר מובן אפילו כשלומדים בשטחיות וכלפני בעה"ב.

In response to your letter, in which you write about the visits of the shluchim, may they live and be well, to Machaneh HaTzair and Gateshead. May it be G‑d's will that the positive impression and words of inspiration will lead to practical actions in accordance with the central point that it is necessary to spread the wellsprings until they reach even outside. The concept of a spiritual spring is understood from a physical spring: its status as a spring depends on its waters being connected to their source, and according to Rambam, it is also necessary that they flow outside their original place; if they do not go outward, it loses its status as a spring. The analogy is clear. Since specifically our generation is required to perform this work, certainly our generation is capable of receiving it. Those who know about this requirement have been given the ability to fulfill this role. May Hashem grant you and your wife success so that each of you will accomplish what was mentioned above according to your own situation. In addition to the fact that "the reward for a mitzvah is [another] mitzvah," may you also be blessed with abundant Chassidic nachas from all your children, may they live, with health and peace of mind.
Regarding what you wrote—that from chapter 35 in Tanya deeper concepts begin and therefore etc.—it would have been proper to try to learn until after chapter 37, whose content is very general and understandable even when studied superficially or by laypeople.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as a spring must flow outward to remain a true spring, so too must Chassidus be spread beyond its source. Those who recognize this mission are given strength from Above to fulfill it successfully.
