בנועם קבלתי מכתבם למלאת השנה לקיום בית מדרש חב"ד במזכרת משה, ובו גם ראשי פרקים מפעולת והתפתחות בית הכנסת ובית המדרש.
- ויהי רצון אשר עוד רבות בשנים יזכם בורא עולם ומנהיגו לבשר מהגדלת מקדש מעט שזכו בבנינו, הגדלה הן בכמות והן באיכות ובכל שלשת הסוגים נר מצוה תורה אור ומאור שבתורה, הדרכותי' ומנהגי', וברור הדבר שנאמן נותן התורה לקיים הבטחתו אשר מזכי הרבים הם בלשון הכתוב ומצדיקי הרבים ככוכבים לעולם ועד, והעומדים בראש נוטלים חלק בראש כמובן ופשוט.
בודאי ניצלו ימי הסגולה והגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז באופן המתאים ויודיעו גם עד"ז בפרטיות הדרושה.
כן בטח למותר לעוררם אשר ינצלו ביקור השלוחים שליט"א שעלו מכאן למשך איזה שבועות לאה"ק ת"ו בתור ב"כ אנ"ש ובאי כחי שיתועדו גם בבית הכנסת ובבית מדרש שלהם, ומניהו ומנייהו יתקלס שם עילאה.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ותוספת האומץ בהפצת המעינות חוצה ימהר ביאת משיח צדקנו כהבטחתו הידועה שנמסרה לנו ע"י הבעש"ט ויהפכו ימים אלו לששון ולשמחה.

I received your letter pleasantly regarding the completion of a year since the establishment of the Chabad Beit Midrash in Mazkeret Moshe, which also included an outline of the activities and development of the synagogue and study hall. May it be G‑d's will that for many years to come, the Creator and Ruler of the world will grant you the merit to report on the expansion of this mikdash me'at (miniature sanctuary) that you merited to build—expansion both in quantity and quality, and in all three categories: Ner Mitzvah (the candle of mitzvah), Torah Or (the light of Torah), and Maor ShebaTorah (the luminary within Torah), its guidance and customs. It is clear that the Giver of the Torah is faithful to fulfill His promise that those who bring merit to the many are described by the verse: "U'matzdikei ha'rabim ke'kochavim le'olam va'ed" (And those who bring merit to the many are like stars forever and ever), and those who stand at the head take a leading portion, as is self-evident.
Surely you took advantage of the auspicious days of redemption—the 12th and 13th of Tammuz—in an appropriate manner, and you will also inform me about this in necessary detail.
It is certainly unnecessary to remind you to utilize the visit of the emissaries, may they live, who have come from here for several weeks to Eretz HaKodesh as representatives of Anash and my own representatives; they should also meet at your synagogue and study hall, so that from them and from you there will be praise for the Supreme Name.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above, with added strength in spreading the wellsprings outward—may this hasten the coming of our righteous Mashiach as promised by the Baal Shem Tov, and may these days be transformed into joy and gladness.
