במענה על מכתבו מכ"ו סיון, בו כותב אודות עניני הישיבה בפרט ועניני חב"ד במדינתם בכלל, ובטח גם להבא ימשיך בכגון דא.
במ"ש שמפני סיבות הפסיקו ההדפסה במכ"ע (מעניני חסידות על פרשת השבוע), מובן שאין מספיק אם יחליפו בהדפסה רק בקשר עם מועדים וזמנים מיוחדים, אלא שצ"ל דבר קבוע, שעוד מעלה בזה שהקורא יודע שעליו לקנות המכ"ע ביום פלוני שבודאי ימצא בו ענינים האמורים, והרי קל עתה שלא בערך יותר מזמנים שעברו כיון שיש להם להשתמש בהפתגמים מהיום יום וספר השיחות וכיו"ב שבהם כמה ענינים הקשורים עם הפרשיות וכו'...
בטח ינצלו ימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל באופן הכי אפשרי ויהי' בהצלחה.

In response to your letter from the 26th of Sivan, in which you write about matters of the yeshivah specifically and Chabad activities in your country in general, I am sure that you will continue with such matters in the future as well.
Regarding what you wrote that for certain reasons they stopped printing (Chassidus topics on the weekly parshah) in the newspaper, it is understood that it is not sufficient to replace this with printing only for holidays and special times. Rather, there must be something regular. An additional advantage is that the reader knows he should buy the newspaper on a certain day because he will surely find these topics there. It is much easier now than in previous times since you can use sayings from Hayom Yom and Sefer HaSichos and similar sources where there are many topics connected to the weekly parshios, etc.
Certainly you will utilize the days of redemption, Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz that are approaching, in the best possible way and may it be with success.
