במענה על מכתבו מח"י סיון והקודמים. ולפלא שאיש מהם לא מזכיר דבר בהתקדמות בנין בית הטבילה, וכן בנוגע לבנין בית הכנסת עכ"פ מהתחלתו, אף שכ"פ עוררתי על ההכרח הכי גדול להקדים בית הטבילה ושיהי' ביופי אפילו יופי חיצוני, ואקוה שעכ"פ עתה בחוזר יודיעו ברור מהנעשה בזה, ומובן שברשותו להודיע ששאלתי עד"ז ברעש, כי לצערי הכי גדול בה בשעה שדעת רבותנו היתה שכאו"א מאנ"ש ידע מהמוטל עליו לעשות, ולא כהשיטה הידועה, וצדיק באמונתו יחי', כנראה כמה מהם עושים ההיפך...
בודאי ינצלו ימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז באופן המתאים, והשי"ת יצליחם.

It is surprising that none of them mention anything about progress in building the mikvah, nor regarding the shul's construction, at least its beginning, even though I have repeatedly emphasized the utmost necessity to prioritize the mikvah and ensure it is beautiful—even externally attractive. I hope that at least now, upon my follow-up, you will clearly inform me of what has been done in this regard. You are permitted to let it be known that I asked about this emphatically, because to my great regret, when our Rebbeim's view was that every member of Anash should know his responsibility to act—not following the well-known approach—and "the righteous shall live by his faith," as it seems some do quite the opposite...
Certainly, you will utilize the days of Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz—the Festival of Redemption—in a fitting manner, and may Hashem grant you success.
