במענה על מכתבו מד' סיון, והקודם לו. וכבר ידוע הוראת ופתגם כ"ק נשיאנו הק', שטובה פעולה אחת מאלף אנחות ופשיטא שטוב כו"כ פעולות, אשר זהו דרישת השעה חובתם וזכותם של כאו"א ובפרט אלו אשר השגחה העליונה העמידתם בקרן אורה בלימוד בישיבת תומכי תמימים, וק"ל.
ובמ"ש אודות מחשבת דא"ח קודם התפלה, כבר מלתי אמורה בכגון דא שלאחר הלימוד בפנים טוב יותר לחזור על הענינים ולא התיבות והמלות בדיוק מלבד אם נצרכים לזה כדי שלא לאבד נקודת ההשכלה ונקודת התמצית, וכנראה במוחש אשר להרגש הלב באים בקל יותר מהתבוננות בהענין מאשר הדיוק בהתיבות.
לפלא שאינו מזכיר ע"ד לימוד או עכ"פ חזרה על הלכות הצריכות ובפרט הצריכות בחיי היום יומי, שדבר הכרחי הוא, וכמבואר גם בהלכות ת"ת לרבנו הזקן.
בודאי שומר סדרי הישיבה מתאים לתעודתו עתה בהישיבה ומשפיע על התלמידים בכגון דא, וקבלת עול ומשמעת והסדרים יסוד הוא להצלחה בהלימודים ויצליחו השי"ת לבשר טוב בכל האמור.

In response to your letter from the 4th of Sivan and the previous one: It is already well known the instruction and saying of our holy Rebbe, that one action is better than a thousand sighs—and certainly many actions are even better. This is the demand of the time, the obligation and merit of each individual, especially those whom Divine Providence has placed in a position of light through studying at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim. This is clear.
Regarding what you wrote about contemplating Chassidus before prayer: I have already stated in similar cases that after learning inside, it is better to review the ideas rather than recite the words exactly—unless it is necessary to avoid losing the core understanding and essence. It is evident that heartfelt feeling comes more easily from contemplating the concept than from precision in wording.
It is surprising that you do not mention studying or at least reviewing practical halachos—especially those needed for daily life—which is essential, as explained also in Hilchos Talmud Torah by our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe.
Certainly you are keeping to the yeshiva schedule appropriate for your current role in yeshiva and influencing students in these matters. Acceptance of discipline and order is fundamental for success in studies. May Hashem grant you success to share good news regarding all this.
