במענה על מכתבו בו כותב אשר מרגיש הוא שנפל ממדריגתו ביראת שמים ובלימוד התורה, ולכן רוצה לשנות מקום לימודו.
והנה אמת נכון הדבר אשר היראה היא השער לה' וכלשון הזהר דא תרעא לאלעה (זהר חלק א' ח, א) ונרמז גם כן בנגלה דאורייתא, שקראו ליראה מפתחות החיצוניות (שבת לא, ב) ודבר משנה היא שיראתו צריכה להיות קודמת לחכמת התורה, וכיון שמצבו עתה כנ"ל, הנה ישתדל לנסוע ללמוד בישיבת תומכי תמימים אשר בברונא-פאריז, ויקבל על עצמו להשפיע גם על זולתו כשיחוננו בורא עולם בהצלחה בלימודיו, וה' יראה ללבב שרצונו בזה באמת וימלא משאלות לבבו בזה.

In response to your letter in which you write that you feel you have fallen from your level in fear of Heaven and Torah study, and therefore wish to change your place of study.
Indeed, it is true that fear (of Heaven) is the gateway to Hashem, as the Zohar says: Da Tera'a Le'ela (Zohar I, 8a), and it is also alluded to in the revealed part of Torah, where fear is called "the outer keys" (Shabbat 31b). It is a matter of Mishnah that one's fear should precede wisdom in Torah.
Since your current state is as mentioned above, you should strive to travel and study at the Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva in Brunoy-Paris, and accept upon yourself to also influence others when the Creator grants you success in your studies. Hashem sees into the heart and will recognize your sincere desire in this matter and will fulfill your heart's wishes regarding this.
