במענה על מכתבה מכ"ז אייר, ת"ח על הבשורה טובה שמתבססות פעולות אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד במחנם הט' וכשם שעלה בידן למצוא מקום קבוע כפשוטו כן תצליחנה גם כן במציאת מקום קבוע ברוחניות, וכפתגם רבנו הזקן בעל התניא והשולחן ערוך, קביעות בנפש, וכבר נאמר על דרך הצחות בכגון דא, אשר דין תורתנו תורת חיים, שקבוע אינו בטל.
בטח מתקדם ענין הדפסת החוברת ובהידור המתאים, ואם בכל התקופות נאמר כל חלב לה' ופירש הרמב"ם שכל עניני קדושה צריכים להיות מן המובחר גם כפשוטו בגשם, עאכו"כ בדור יתום זה שמוכרחים להמשיך את האדם לענין פנימי עכ"פ בתחלת ההשתדלות על ידי הידור חיצוני.
אף שאינה מזכרת על דבר זה, תקותי שגם זמן מתן תורתנו תנצלנה להרחבת עבודתן והתפשטותה בממדים הכי גדולים, כי ימי סגולה הם והימים שלפניהם וכאמור, אף כי בקיצור, במכתבי לאסיפה הכללית של נשי ובנות אגודת חב"ד כאן, ויהי רצון שגם זה יהי' בהצלחה ומתוך הרחבת הדעת של כל אחת ואחת מהחבירות והמשתתפות ולכל לראש - דהעומדות בראש.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 27th of Iyar, thank you for the good news that the activities of the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization are being established in their ninth camp. Just as you succeeded in finding a permanent physical location, so too may you succeed in establishing a permanent spiritual place. As our Rebbe, the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, said: "Permanence in the soul." It has already been said humorously regarding such matters that according to our Torah—the Torah of Life—what is fixed is not nullified.
Certainly the matter of printing the booklet is progressing with appropriate beauty. If it was always said "Kol Chelev LaHashem" (all the best for Hashem) and Rambam explained that all matters of holiness should be from the choicest—even literally in material terms—how much more so in this orphaned generation when it is necessary to draw people into inner matters at least at the beginning through external beauty.
Even though you did not mention this matter, I hope that you will also use the time of Matan Torah (the Giving of our Torah) to expand your work and its spread to the greatest dimensions, for these are auspicious days—and so are those preceding them—as mentioned, albeit briefly, in my letter to the general assembly of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad here. May it be G‑d's will that this too be successful and bring expanded understanding to each and every member and participant—and above all, those who stand at the head.
