בודאי כמנהגם הטוב ישלחו לכאן קטעי המכ"ע הנוגעים לעניני חב"ד, ובודאי למותר לעוררם שמוכרח שידפיסו לעתים קרובות יותר מענינים אלו, ומה טוב כמו שעושים אנ"ש בכמה מדינות שהנהיגו במכ"ע המופיעים שם, ונקראים ע"י אחינו בני ישראל, להדפיס בכל עש"ק וערב יום טוב איזה ענין בתורה ומצותי' ואם באפשרי מבואר ומואר ברעיונות חסידותיים, ומהנכון שיעורר את אנ"ש שיחיו על זה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 25th of Iyar, and certainly you will continue to share good news about your activities as well as those of the other Anash in your distinguished community.
Enclosed is a copy of my general letter, although it will surely be officially sent these days to the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad branch in Melbourne.
Certainly, as is your good custom, you will send here clippings from newspapers relating to Chabad matters. It is surely unnecessary to remind you that it is essential to print such matters more frequently. It would be excellent to follow the example of Anash in several countries who have instituted in their local newspapers—read by our fellow Jews—the practice of printing every Friday and before holidays some matter regarding Torah and mitzvos, and if possible explained and illuminated with chassidic ideas. It is appropriate that you encourage Anash about this.
