געוויס באזוכט איר ניט נאר דעם כפר חב"ד, נאר אויך אלע מוסדות חב"ד וועלכע געפינען זיך בארצנו הקדושה און נעמט אויך איינטייל אין די התועדות אנ"ש וועלכע קומען פאר אין די ימי סגולה וואס אויף וויפיל דאס זאל ניט זיין חשוב אין אלע ערטער, איז דאס נאך מער חשוב'ר אין ארץ אשר עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה, און לויט דעם באוואוסטען חסידישער ווארט, אז אידען טרעפען זיך צוזאמען קומט ארויס פון דעם א טובה צו די אלע וועלכע האבען זיך צוזאמענגעטראפען און וואס נאך מער, אז עס העלפט נאך א אידען, און בפרט ווי מען זעהט דאס בעשיינפערליך, אז די באגעגעניש איז מתוך אהבת ישראל און חסידישע ווארימקייט.
ולקראת חג השבועות זמן מתן תורתנו הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה, ווינש איך אייך און אלע אייערע לויטן נוסח הברכה וואס כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר פלעגט באנוצען, לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

I was pleased to receive your letter from Monday, in addition to the greetings and news I receive from Anash in our Holy Land through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
Surely you are visiting not only Kfar Chabad but also all the Chabad institutions located in our Holy Land, and you also participate in the gatherings of Anash that take place during these auspicious days. However important such gatherings may be everywhere, they are even more significant in a land about which it is said: "A land that the eyes of the L‑rd your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year to its end." According to a well-known chassidic saying, when Jews gather together it brings benefit to all those who have assembled, and even more so when it helps another Jew—especially as we see clearly that these meetings are characterized by Ahavas Yisrael and chassidic warmth.
As we approach Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah, may it come upon us and all Israel for good. I wish you and all yours according to the blessing formula my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, would use: to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness.
