... במענה על מכתבו מי"ד אייר, בהנוגע למקום חינוך בני אנ"ש שיחיו.
ברור הדבר אשר נשיאינו הק' נשיאי חב"ד - הם המנהלים בפועל מוסדות חינוך חב"ד לכל סוגיהם: ישיבות, ת"ת, ביסל"מ, בי"ס לנערות וכו'. - ואשריו של כאו"א מאנ"ש (וכל אחב"י בגדר אנ"ש הם) שיחנך בניו ובנותיו שיחיו במוסדות אלו לטוב להם בגשמיות וברוחניות, בטוב הנראה והנגלה.
- ופשוט שברשותו וגם זכותו הוא להודיע השקפתי ודעתי ברורה זו לכל הרוצה לשמוע. ועליו ולשומע - יונעם.

... In response to your letter from the 14th of Iyar regarding the place of education for the children of Anash. It is clear that our holy leaders, the Chabad Nesi'im, are the ones who actually direct all types of Chabad educational institutions: yeshivos, Talmud Torahs, Bais Sefer LeMelamdim, girls' schools, etc. Fortunate is anyone from Anash (and indeed all members of the Jewish people are considered within Anash) who educates his sons and daughters in these institutions for their benefit both materially and spiritually, in revealed and apparent good. It is obvious that it is both his right and privilege to share this clear perspective and opinion with anyone willing to listen. For him and for those who listen—it will be pleasant.
