בצער קבלתי הידיעה ע"י הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מדות ורב פעלים מו"ה מאיר שי' בליזינסקי אודות מצב בריאותו של כבודו ובעת רצון אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר בחיים חיותו בעלמא דין עבד עבודתו בתור רועה ישראל חדורה אהבת ישראל לכל אחד ואחד ועל פי פתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בשם הבעש"ט שענין אהבת ישראל הוא אפילו לאיש הישראלי הנמצא בקצה תבל שמעולם לא ראהו, עאכו"כ לאיש אשר השגחה העליונה חוננה אותו בכח השפעה בסביבתו הקרובה ואפילו הרחוקה שכל הטבה במצבו הן הגשמי והן הרוחני גורמת ומביאה הטבה בכלל בכל אלו המושפעים ממנו, היינו שנכפלת כ"פ ככה, ומזה מובן ג"כ גודל הזכות של אדם זה ואחריותו בהביא בחשבון אשר זיז שלו אפילו קל מתגדל כ"פ ככה ע"י התוצאות של זיז זה בסביבתו תלמידיו ומושפעיו, ולכן תקותי חזקה אשר לעת קבלת מכתבי זה כבר הוטב מצב בריאותו כפשוטו וד' הרואה ללבב מכיר ג"כ ההחלטה לשינוי באותם הענינים אודותם שוחחנו בביקורו כאן וגם רמזתי עליהם במכתבי לכ', וזה עוד יוסיף בברכת רופא כל בשר ותהי' רפואתו רפו"ק.

I received with distress the news via the vavac"h iy"a nu"n one involved in tzt"z, a man of character and great deeds, Meir Blizinski, may he live, regarding your health situation. At an auspicious time I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal-leha nabgam zya—a leader who in his lifetime served as a shepherd of Israel imbued with Ahavas Yisrael for each individual. As my father-in-law the Rebbe said in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: Ahavas Yisrael applies even to a Jew at the ends of the earth whom one has never seen; how much more so to someone whom Divine Providence has granted influence over his close—and even distant—environment. Every improvement in his situation—both material and spiritual—brings benefit in general to all those influenced by him; that benefit is multiplied many times over. From this it is also understood how great such a person's merit is—and his responsibility—considering that even a small deviation on his part is magnified many times over through its effects on his environment, students, and those he influences.
Therefore my strong hope is that by the time you receive this letter your health will already have improved literally. The One Who sees into hearts also recognizes your resolve to change those matters we discussed during your visit here—and which I also hinted at in my letter to you. This will further add to the blessing of "Healer of all flesh," and may your healing be complete.
I await good news and conclude with wishes for proper health in good and open revealed ways.
