מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מא' ובדר"ח אייר עם המוסגר בהם, וכיון שבא שוב פעם בקישור מכתבים עם הריא"ז שי' מרגלית, כדאי הי' לעוררו אשר בהקדם יתפרסם באה"ק ת"ו מכתב מבוסס בשלילה מוחלטת של הסברות המבהילות של הרב הרוצה להתיר פינוי הקברים וכאילו זהו ע"פ הזהר וכתבי האריז"ל כו' ומובן שמכתב השולל צ"ל בציונים ומראה מקומות כו' וכו'...
מכתבו שרוצה להתיר נדפס בקול תורה המתפרסם בירושת"ו ובודאי נודע שם לכל הרוצה לדעת ובאמת פלא שע"ע לא הדפיסו המענה ע"ז כדרוש.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the first and on Rosh Chodesh Iyar with its enclosures. Since you have again corresponded regarding Riaz Maraglit, it would be worthwhile to urge him that as soon as possible a letter should be published in Eretz HaKodesh that is based on an absolute rejection of the frightening ideas of the rabbi who wishes to permit grave removal, as if this is according to the Zohar and writings of the Arizal, etc. It is understood that such a rejecting letter should include citations and sources, etc.
His letter seeking to permit this was printed in Kol Torah published in Jerusalem, and surely it has become known there to anyone who wishes to know. It is truly astonishing that until now they have not yet printed a response as required.
Thank you for the good news regarding those about whom you wrote a pan (pidyon nefesh). May Hashem grant them continued success in always sharing good news all their days, also regarding yourself, your family, and your students.
