...בברכה לבשו"ט בענינים הכללים ובענינים הפרטים, ומובן אשר כרם חב"ד לכל לראש, כיון שזוהי מצוה שא"א לעשותה ע"י אחרים משא"כ מצוה שאינה בבחי' כרמי שלי דוקא, וכמובן גודל החילוק בזה ממרז"ל, שאפילו חפצי שמים - היינו מצות, אינם שוים לדבר אחד מדברי תורה, ולכן מצוה שאפשר לעשותה ע"י אחרים כו', אבל באם אי אפשר לעשותה ע"י אחרים, לא רק ששוה, אלא גם דוחה. ולתמי' גדולה על כו"כ מאנ"ש שאין מתבוננים בזה אף שישנם כמה הוראות מנשיאינו בכגון דא, ע"פ הנ"ל הוא ג"כ פס"ד גלוי בתורת הנגלה.

Blessings for good news in general matters and in personal matters. It is understood that the Chabad orchard comes first, since this is a mitzvah that cannot be done by others, unlike a mitzvah that is not specifically 'my vineyard.' As is evident from our Sages' words, even matters of Heaven—that is, mitzvos—are not equal to even one matter of Torah. Therefore, a mitzvah that can be done by others, etc., but if it cannot be done by others, not only is it equal, but it even overrides.
And I am greatly surprised at many of Anash who do not reflect on this even though there are several directives from our Rebbeim in such matters. According to the above, this is also an explicit ruling in revealed Torah law.
