מאשר הנני קבלת המכתב מכ"ו שבט עם המוסגר בו, ולפלא ההפסק הארוך שבין מכתב אחד לחבירו וכן הקיצור נמרץ אשר בידיעות וכן לפלא וגם מצער האיחור בהופעת הבטאון ובפרט שהרי התאימו הזמנים להופעתו בהתאם עם הופעת קובץ ליובאוויטש, ואם כן האיחור של אחד מהם מבלבל הסדרים.
בודאי ינצלו ימי הפורים הבע"ל באופן המתאים וכן יזרזו את חבריהם במקומות מושבותיהם עד"ז, מובן בכל מקום ומקום לפי ענינו.
כן הי' מהנכון בעוד מועד לעשות הכנות מתאימות לימי חג הפסח הבע"ל, ובל"נ אעורר ג"כ להשתתפות ממגבית מיוחדת בהוצאות הקשורות עם כל האמור, והרי עתה ישנה הקלה כיון שנתוסף עוד טנדר.
בברכה לפורים שמח ולבשו"ט בכל האמור.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 26th of Shevat with its enclosure. It is surprising that there was such a long gap between one letter and the next, as well as the very brief information provided. It is also surprising and saddening that there was a delay in the appearance of the periodical, especially since its publication times were coordinated with those of Kovetz Lubavitch. Therefore, a delay in one disrupts the schedule.
Certainly, you will utilize the upcoming days of Purim appropriately and encourage your colleagues in their respective locations to do likewise, each according to their local circumstances. It would also be proper to make suitable preparations in advance for the upcoming Pesach holiday. Without a vow, I will also seek participation through a special fundraising campaign for expenses related to all that was mentioned above. Now there is some relief since another van has been added.
With blessings for a joyous Purim and good news regarding all the above.
