מאשר הנני קבלת המכתבים מועד הבחירות וזקני אנ"ש, ובהם הידיעות ושמות הנבחרים.
ויהי רצון אשר כיון שנתמנו ראשים בתוככי אנ"ש והחסידים, יכירו האחריות הכי גדולה והזכות ההולכת אתה יחד, וזה יעורר כחותיהם הפנימיים, לעבוד במינוי זה אליבא דנפשי' בכוונה להצלחת תפקידם בתוך כלל אנ"ש וכלל בני ישראל, להפיץ המעינות עד שיגיעו חוצה.
וכבר הובטחנו אשר בהשתדלות המתאימה יצליחו בזה בהצלחה מופלגה.
והובטחנו גם כן אשר עבודתם בקדש זו תוסיף בברכת השם יתברך והצלחתו בעניניהם הפרטים של כל אחד ואחד.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the letters regarding the election date and the elders of Anash, which included information and names of those elected.
May it be G‑d's will that since they have been appointed as leaders among Anash and Chassidim, they recognize the greatest responsibility and the merit that comes with it. This should arouse their inner strengths to work in this role wholeheartedly, with intent for the success of their mission among all of Anash and all Jews—to spread the wellsprings until they reach outward.
We have already been assured that with appropriate effort, they will succeed greatly in this. We are also assured that this holy work will add to G‑d's blessing and success in each individual's personal matters.
With blessings for success in all the above.
