הנה אשרי חלקו שזכה ורואה פירות בהשפעתו במשך ההתועדויות שסידר, וכמבואר בכ"מ בדא"ח גודל הנחת רוח שגורמים למעלה ע"י שמקרבים את מי מישראל להקב"ה תורתו ומצותי'. ונרמז גם בנגלה במרז"ל הידוע על הפסוק יקר מזולל, ומזה מובן גם כן התנגדות הלעו"ז לזה, שלכן בא היצה"ר בלבושים שונים ומשונים, ובמקום שאין לו עצה מתחפש בלבוש של יראת שמים, היינו שאין זה תכלית ועלי' נפלאה הנ"ל ירידה היא וכו' וכו'. וכבר אמרו רז"ל בראתי יצה"ר בראתי לו תורה תבלין, ובפרט תורת החסידות ועניני', ולכן יסיח דעת לגמרי מתחבולות מלך זקן וכסיל וירגיז עליו וכו', כמבואר בתניא קדישא בארוכה, והשי"ת יצליחו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter with the enclosed pan. How fortunate you are that you have merited to see fruits from your influence during the farbrengens you organized. As explained in many places in Chassidus, there is great pleasure Above when one brings a fellow Jew closer to the Holy One Blessed Be He, His Torah, and His mitzvos. This is also hinted at in Nigleh by our Sages' well-known saying on the verse "Yakar miZolel" ("More precious than fine gold"). From this it is also understood why there is opposition from the other side; therefore, the yetzer hara comes in various strange disguises, and when it has no other option it even disguises itself as fear of Heaven—claiming that this is not a true purpose or that this lofty ascent is actually a descent, etc., etc.
And our Sages already said: "I created the yetzer hara and I created Torah as its antidote," especially the teachings of Chassidus and its concepts. Therefore, you should completely ignore the schemes of the foolish old king (the yetzer hara) and agitate against it, as explained at length in Tanya Kadisha. May Hashem grant you success.
