דער סקאלערשיפ קען זיין אויף פערשידענע וועגען, און ספעציעל אין די ישיבות אין ארץ ישראל, וועלכע זיינען אנדערש ווי די פון אמעריקא, וואס דארטען לערנען אויך שוין פארהייראטע וועלכע זעצען פאר זייער לערנען אין די ישיבות. די סומע פאר דעם סקאלערשיפ קען אריינגעגעבען ווערען אין דער קאסע פון ישיבה, און עס ווערט אויך איינגעשריבען אויף א טאבעלע דער נאמען פון דעם וואס גיט דעם געשאנק אדער א אנדער נאמען וועלכען מען פארלאנגט, און איך רעכין אז מען קען אויך איינארדען אזוי, צו געבען דורך דעם א מעגליכקייט איינעם פון די פעהיגערע תלמידים, לויטן אויסוואהל פון דער ישיבה - צו לערנען רוהיג און שטייגען, און אויב דאס איז אויף מערערע יארען - דער סקאלערשיפ - איז זעלבסט פארשטענדליך, אז עס מוז ניט זיין דער זעלבער תלמיד, און עס קען פאריביטען ווערען פאר א אנדערען, אויב מען געפינט פארנויטיג צוליב א געוויסע אורזאכע.
איר דערמאנט ניט וועגען דעם געדאנק צו דרוקען דעם ספר, הרקמה, און אויב איר האט זיך געשטעלט אין פארבינדונג מיט די פאסענדע אינסטיטוציעס אין ארץ ישראל אדער א אנדער ארט.
מיט א וואונש צו גוטע בשורות וועגען אייער געזונט צושטאנד און אויך וועגען אלעס איבעריגע, און איך האף דאס אויב איך קען זיין אייך בייהילפיג אין איינע פון דאס אויבען געזאגטע, וועט איר געבען מיר מעגליכקייט צו טאן דאס.
בברכה,
ספר הרקמה: שנדפס בהוצאה חדשה ע"פ כת"י, עם מבוא הערות ומפתחות, ע"י בעלה מיכאל ווילנסקי (ברלין תרפ"ט).
בל' סיון תשט"ו נפטר ובעזבונו נשאר הספר עם הערות חדשות בכת"י. כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א מעורר בזה את האלמנה שתמסור את הספר עם ההוספות לדפוס. הספר נדפס בירושלים בשנת תשכ"ד.

This is in response to your letter in which you write about the character of a scholarship in the yeshivas. The scholarship can be structured in several ways, and especially in the yeshivas in Eretz Yisrael, which are different from those in America, where even married men who sit and learn in the yeshivas are supported. The sum for this scholarship can be given into the yeshiva's fund, and it is also recorded on a plaque the name of the donor or another name as requested. I think it is also possible to arrange it so that one of the more capable students, chosen by the yeshiva, is given the opportunity to learn peacefully and advance; and if this scholarship is for several years, it is self-understood that it need not be for the same student each year—it can be transferred to another if necessary due to certain circumstances.
You did not mention regarding your idea to print the book HaRokemah, and whether you have contacted suitable institutions in Eretz Yisrael or elsewhere.
