איך בין געווען צופרידען צו ליינען וועגען ארבעט אין פארלויף פון פאריגען זומער, און דער עיקר וואס מען האט זיך ניט באגרעניצט אין דעם אייגענעם איינגען קרייז, נאר האבען געזעהען צו אויפטאן און פארשפּרייטען די ארבעט אין א ברייטערען און א ווייטערען קרייז, און האבען צוגעצויגען נאך פרויען, און געוויס וועט איר אויך ווייטער פארזעצען אייער ארבעט אין דער ריכטונג צוציהען מער פרויען אין אייער איינפלוס קרייז און בפרט אינגערע פרויען וואס האבען ערשט אנגעהויבען צו בויען זייער צוקונפטיגע הויז אדער זיי דארפן ערשט אנהויבען צו בויען אידישע הייזער, אז זיי זאלען זיך אוועקשטעלען ריכטיג ווי אידישע טעכטער דארפען בויען הייזער איצטער און מיט דער צייט אויך דורות בא אידען.
באזונדערס בין איך געווען צופרידען פון דעם וואס איר רעכינט צו שטעלען זיך אין פארבינדונג מיט די עלטערן פון די קינדער וועלכע לערנען אין די תלמוד תורה'ס אדער פּריוואט, וואס דאס איז דאפּעלט וויכטיג פאר די תלמידים פון די תלמוד תורה'ס און פּריוואט מלמדים, און אויך מאכען נעהענטער די עלטערען צו די ענינים וואס עס ווערט געלערנט מיט זייערע קינדער, און דורך דעם פארשטארקען אויך דעם חינוך פון די קינדער. און איך האב געבעטען דער לשכה אין פּאריז צו געבען א סובסידיע ספּעציעל פאר דער ארבעט, 15 טויזענט פראנק.
עס וואלט געווען גלייך צו שרייבען אפטער וועגען אייער ארבעט אין די צייטונג, וואס דאס העלפט צוציהען נאך חבירות און פארשטארקט אויך די וועלכע זיינען שוין באטייליטג אין דער ארבעט.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 5th of Kislev after a long interruption, for which there was no explanation even in this letter. May it be G‑d's will that from now on you write more often, and most importantly, that your letters bring good news.
I was pleased to read about your work over the past summer, especially that you did not limit yourselves to your own circle but sought to accomplish and spread your activities to a broader and wider circle, attracting more women. Surely you will continue your efforts in this direction—to draw more women into your sphere of influence, especially younger women who have just begun or need to begin building their future homes as Jewish homes. They should establish themselves properly as Jewish daughters should build homes now and for generations among the Jewish people.
I was particularly pleased that you plan to connect with the parents of children learning in Talmud Torahs or privately. This is doubly important for the students of Talmud Torahs and private teachers, as well as bringing parents closer to what is being taught to their children. Through this, the education of the children is also strengthened.
I have asked the office in Paris to provide a special subsidy for this work—15,000 francs.
It would be appropriate to write more often about your activities in the newspaper, as this helps attract new members and also strengthens those already involved in the work.
