נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מג' ויצא, שכנראה מתוכנו גם הוא נוכח לדעת, שבאם מתחילים לעשות על דרך קפיצת נחשון בים סוף, כיון שרואים שהעבודה הכרחית היא, הרי הקישוים והמניעות שנראים כהרים הולכים ומתמעטים. ויה"ר שכמו שנראה זה בהנוגע למצב הכספי של הישיבה, כן יראה ואפילו בעיני בשר בשאר עניני הישיבה ובשאר הענינים בכלל, ובמילא יוסיף אומץ לנצל את הברכה והצלחה שמשפיעים מלמעלה לכל אלו העוסקים בהפצת המעינות חוצה ואפילו כשמתחילים בענינים דאל"ף בי"ת הודעת דיני ומנהגי ישראל וכו', כיון שבודאי יתעסקו ג"כ במילוי תפקידם הפנימי והמיוחד אליהם...

I was pleased to receive your letter from the third of Vayeitzei, and apparently from its content you have also come to realize that if one begins to act like Nachshon jumping into the Sea of Reeds—since one sees that the work is necessary—then the difficulties and obstacles that seem like mountains begin to diminish.
May it be G‑d's will that just as this is seen regarding the financial situation of the yeshivah, so too you will see—even with physical eyes—in other matters of the yeshivah and in all other matters in general. As a result, you will gain strength to utilize the blessing and success bestowed from Above upon all those involved in spreading the wellsprings outward—even when beginning with basic matters such as informing about Jewish laws and customs, etc.—since surely you will also engage in fulfilling your inner and unique mission...
