וויבאלד דאס איז איינע פון די וויכטיגסטע מצות פון תורתנו הקדושה תורת חיים, דארפמען זיין שטארק אין בטחון אין דעם בורא עולם אז ער וועט געבען די מעגליכקייט אז איר מיט אייער מאן שיחיו זאלט מקיים זיין די מצוה. אבער זעלבסט פארשטענדליך אז מען קען ניט אנווייזען דעם אויבערשטן ברוך הוא אויפן קאלענדאר אז עס מוז זיין צו דער צייט, ווי בא זיך קומט אויס, ווארום השם יתברך איז דער קוואל פון גוטס, איז דאך זיכער אז ער ברוך הוא ווייס וועלכער זמן איז גוט און דענסטמאל וועט ער ערפילען אייער האַרץ פארלאנג צום גוטען. מען קען נאר, זייענדיג שטארק אין דעם בטחון אין דער ערפילונג פון דער בקשה, תפלה טאן, אז דאס זאל קומען ווואס פריער, און דאס וואס [איר] שרייבט וועגן פארלירען חס ושלום האפענונג, איז א אידישע טאכטער טאר דאס ניט זאגען, ווארום השם יתברך איז א כל יכול - קען אלץ - און וויל אז יעדער אידען זאל זיין גוט ניט נאר ברוחניות נאר אויך טאקע בגשמיות.

In response to your letter in which you write about your mood, hope, and longing from Hashem Yisbarach Veyitaleh to have healthy children.
Since this is one of the most important mitzvos of our holy Torah, Toras Chaim, one must be strong in trust in the Creator of the world that He will grant the possibility for you and your husband to fulfill this mitzvah.
However, it is self-understood that one cannot instruct the Blessed One on a calendar that it must be at a certain time as we wish it to be. For Hashem Yisbarach is the source of goodness; it is certain that He knows which time is best and then He will fulfill your heart’s desire for good.
One can only—while being strong in trust in the fulfillment of this request—pray that it should come as soon as possible. And what you write about losing hope, Heaven forbid: a Jewish daughter must not say such a thing! For Hashem Yisbarach is all-capable—He can do everything—and wants every Jew to have good not only spiritually but also materially.
With blessings that your prayer in the above matter should be fulfilled soon and we should hear good news from you.
